When you schedule a SafedoorPM™, our technicians will check and maintain your door systems’ important components, including mechanical and structural elements in addition to controls, settings, and safety devices. All work will be performed in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and industry standards.
The technician will input notes and take photographs to provide you with clear, detailed information about work performed, or problems found. After the inspection, these notes and photographs will be available through your SafeDoorPM™ customer portal so you can review the information at any time.
We will also provide a quote for any problems found that require a repair service. These records, and any recommended follow-up repairs, can be accessed in SafedoorPM™’s cloud-based customer portal, where they are securely stored and freely accessible 24/7. You also have the ability to print the inspection reports, if hard copies are preferred.
